FAQ: How to order AwardUtilities? Will I receive a CD-ROM with the software on it?
If you order the CD ROM(please choose RegNow billing service to purchase) will not have to wait to use our product. We will instantly provide a registration code to you via email, and also include the same code in the CD ROM package.

FAQ: How long I will get my registration code after I place the order?
Once your order is accepted, your registration code will be sent to you immediately! Its a pretty painless process. (Please allow up to 1 hour for email delivery.) Please note that a delay could mean that the e-mail address given in your order form is invalid (due to misspelling, etc.).

FAQ: I registered the product several months ago, how do I get the latest version?
You can free download the latest version of AwardUtilities from our site, and use your existing registration code to activate the license on the new version. Please uninstall all previous versions before installing an update.
